The following information with an asterisk (*) are subject to disclosure, and Primal will respond to requests pertaining to the personal information for notification of the purposes of use; disclosure; corrections, additions or deletions to the content; discontinuation or erasure of use; or discontinuation of provision to a third party.

All inquiries and complaints regarding personal information will be handled by Personal Information Protection Office at Primal. All requests pertaining to personal information for notification of the purposes of use; disclosure; correction, addition or deletion to the content; discontinuation or erasure of use; or discontinuation of provision to a third party will also be handled by Personal Information Protection Office.

However, please note that Primal may not respond to certain requests pertaining to personal information for notification of the purposes of use; disclosure; correction, addition or deletion to the content; discontinuation or erasure of use; or discontinuation of provision to a third party, if disclosing requested information will be in violation of applicable laws or regulations, or if the storage period for requested information has already passed.

After receipt of a request, Primal will conduct a necessary investigation and respond to the request in writing within two weeks. It will be sent by certified mail to prevent any unauthorized person from obtaining the information.
